Add a lead
The Lead carries its Stage and Amount all the way through — there's no separate "Deal" to convert to. Move a lead through New → Contacted → … → Won (or Lost) right here, and update its Amount as the deal size firms up. Once it reaches a Won stage, its Amount counts as Sales Achieved on the Dashboard for the day it's marked closed.
